132 solar panels will be installed on the south façade of The Windhond.

The 58 apartments in the De Windhond building will be made more sustainable in 2024, each getting its own heat pump and ventilation system.
There will also be solar panels on the roof that will be individually connected per apartment.
After the preservation project, De Windhond will be Antares' first existing residential building to be completely gas-free and will immediately meet the government's requirement that all housing for housing corporations must be CO2 neutral by 2050.
